libguestfs-gfs2 software package provides guest disk image management system - GFS2 support, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libguestfs-gfs2
libguestfs-gfs2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libguestfs-gfs2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libguestfs-gfs2 *
You will get with libguestfs-gfs2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
